About the house

Wide water views from most rooms, high ceilings, and an east-facing lanai over a heated pool and spa.

Construction on the neighboring lot, which took place in 2024, is finished. The house has about 2,000 square feet of bright indoor space, with high ceilings in every room. It sits one block from South Collier Boulevard: about a 5-minute walk to the white-sand beaches, and about a 10-minute walk to a shopping center, a movie theater, restaurants, a sports bar, and an ice cream shop.

The screened lanai gives the heated pool and spa complete privacy, with eastern exposure and sun for most of the day. The kitchen is open, with four bar stools. The primary bathroom has a double granite-top sink, and the primary bedroom has a walk-in closet. The hot tub seats six and has 22 jets, with a high-powered pool heater. Two staircases lead to the dock, which was rebuilt after Irma.

Inside there is a pool table, board games, cable, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a DVD player, two 55-inch televisions in the family and living rooms, and a 32-inch flat screen in each bedroom. Seating includes a leather recliner sofa, a queen-size sleeper sofa, a leather recliner couch, and a love chair.

Five bikes come with helmets, along with beach chairs, a beach trolley, a beach umbrella, tennis rackets, a wheeled cooler, pool toys, poolside chaise lounges, and an outdoor barbecue grill. A private dock is there for a boat you may rent from a local marina.

Just relax, sit back, and watch the manatees and dolphins swim by, right from the lanai.
