About the house

A 7-minute bike ride, or a 20-minute walk, to the beach, and a 3-minute walk to shops and restaurants.

The home has water views from the dining area, living room, primary bedroom, and one of the two guest bedrooms, with 1,900 square feet of indoor living space. A large screened lanai gives the heated pool and spa complete privacy, with southern exposure. The kitchen is spacious, with stainless steel appliances and a four-seat countertop bar.

There is a standard-size pool table, double sinks and a walk-in closet in the primary bathroom, and a hot tub with five seats and 18 jets, plus a high-powered pool heater. Two staircases lead to the dock. Inside: cable, high-speed Wi-Fi, a DVD player, a 55-inch television in the family room, a 32-inch flat screen in each bedroom, and a leather sleeper sofa.

Five bikes come with helmets, along with beach chairs, a beach trolley, a beach umbrella, tennis rackets, a wheeled cooler, pool toys, poolside chaise lounges, and an outdoor barbecue grill.

A private dock is there for a boat you may rent from a local marina, for fishing, cruising toward the Everglades or up to Naples, or picnicking on the Gulf beaches.

Just relax, sit back, and enjoy the sun, spa, and heated pool at the lanai.
